万磊，本科就读于中南财经政法大学，硕士毕业于澳门科技大学，高级管理人员工商管理专业、博士就读于澳门科技大学，工商管理博士学位，现为鲁东大学法学院等高校聘为客座教授。 曾在阿联酋候赛因穆罕默德阿尔候萨尼律师事务所工作，任法律顾问。

Mr. Wan Lei obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and his Master’s degree in Executive Business Administration from Macau University of Science and Technology, where he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA).

He serves as a Visiting Professor at several universities, including the Law School of Ludong University, where he actively participates in academic exchange and research related to business management and legal studies.

Mr. Wan previously worked at Hussain Mohammed Al Housani Law Firm in the United Arab Emirates, where he served as a Legal Consultant. During his tenure, he provided legal advice to corporate clients on matters involving commercial transactions, business establishment, and compliance within the UAE and broader Middle East region.

With a solid educational background and practical experience bridging law and business management, Mr. Wan has developed strong expertise in international legal affairs and cross-border corporate operations.
