He has successfully handled projects and disputes with a cumulative value exceeding RMB 100 billion across China and overseas.

As a leading expert in FIDIC-based international construction contracts, Mr. Li has represented major Chinese state-owned enterprises in the resolution of complex international engineering disputes. His experience spans the full project lifecycle — from project structuring and contract drafting to claims management, risk control, and arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Li possesses in-depth knowledge of both Chinese and international engineering law and practice, allowing him to provide strategic, practical, and globally informed legal advice. His unique background as both a Chinese-licensed lawyer and a UK Chartered Surveyor enables him to bridge legal and technical perspectives, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support throughout all phases of project execution and dispute resolution.
