Yan Yang is a Corporate Associates and legal advisor at Sulaiman Al Naqbi Advocates&Legal Consultants,bringing extensive experience in international business law,compliance,and cross-border transaction. She has advised multinational corporations and clients across China,Europe,and the United States,with a strong focus on cross-border transaction,corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Before joining the firm,Yan served as Associate lawyer at JunHe LLP, one of China’s top law firms, she worked on IPO,M&A and compliance matters,including due diligence,regulatory filings,and FCPA/GDPR advisory for multinational clients. She also worked for Marriott International as Corporate Counsel.She began her career at UGGC Advocates(Shanghai Office),advising European clients on M&A,corporate structuring,and commercial contracts,while liaising with Chinese authorities. Yan holds an LL.M. from Tsinghua University and LL.B.from East China University of Political Science and Law.She also studied at Georgetown Law in Washington,D.C. She is admitted to the PRC Bar and UAE legal consultant. With her global perspective and cross-border legal expertise,Yan strengthens the firm’s international practice and supports clients in navigating complex business and regulatory environments.
