李峰律师担任阿联酋盈天苏莱曼律师事务所管理主任，毕业于北京大学法学院，持有中国律师执业资格，并在中东地区长期工作二十二年。2003年至2013年，他担任华为公司中东北非区域法务主管；2014年，他作为创始合伙人在阿联酋设立法律服务机构。

李律师长期为中外企业在中东的项目提供法律服务，业务涉及公司设立、国际贸易、外商投资、公司法、并购、知识产权、房地产与建筑工程、合同谈判、合规管理和争议解决。他亦具有金融及银行业务经验，并曾就本地法院诉讼及迪拜国际仲裁中心规则项下的高价值债务追收争议提供服务。

Justin Li serves as Managing Director of Sulaiman Al-Naqbi Advocates and Legal Consultants. He holds a master's degree from Peking University Law School, is qualified to practise law in China, and has worked in the Middle East for twenty-two years. From 2003 to 2013, he served as Head of Legal for Huawei's Middle East and North Africa region. In 2014, he co-founded a legal services practice in the United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Li advises Chinese and international companies on projects in the Middle East. His practice covers company formation, international trade, foreign investment, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, real estate and construction, contract negotiations, compliance, and dispute resolution. He also has experience in finance and banking matters and has advised on high-value debt recovery disputes before local courts and under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
