李恒律师拥有法律硕士学位，现任中东华人国际贸易法律专业协会秘书长，自2007年起从事律师工作。他曾在深圳迈瑞生物医疗电子股份有限公司国际法务部任职，并自2013年起作为创立者之一参与盈天迪拜办公室的工作。

李律师主要处理国际贸易交易架构、国际贸易合同、信用证、保函及相关争议解决，并为企业提供反舞弊、劳动、个人数据保护等合规服务。他的业务亦涵盖海商海事、国际货物运输保险及国际电子商务，并长期参与企业法律顾问和跨境法律事务。

Henry Li holds a Master of Laws degree and serves as Secretary-General of the Chinese Association of International Trade Law Professionals in the Middle East. He has practised law since 2007. He previously worked in the international legal department of Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. and has been one of the founders working with Yingtian's Dubai office since 2013.

Mr. Li advises on international trade structures, international trade contracts, letters of credit, guarantees, and related dispute resolution. He also provides corporate compliance support concerning anti-fraud matters, employment, and personal data protection. His practice further covers maritime law, international cargo transportation insurance, and international e-commerce, together with corporate advisory and cross-border legal matters.
