李旭伟先生担任阿联酋盈天苏莱曼律师事务所工程部主任，是中国执业律师和英国皇家特许测量师，具有十余年律师及造价工程师经验，并为IArbX Fellow。其业务涵盖国际与国内工程全过程咨询，以及重大民商事诉讼和仲裁。

李先生长期从事工程非诉、诉讼及仲裁业务，已办理累计金额超过人民币一千亿元的境内外工程项目与争议。他曾代表中国大型国有企业处理FIDIC合同条件下的重大国际工程争议，服务内容覆盖项目架构、合同起草、索赔管理、风险控制及仲裁程序。

Xuwei Li heads the Engineering Department at Sulaiman Al-Naqbi Advocates and Legal Consultants. He is a Chinese-qualified lawyer and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with more than ten years of experience as a lawyer and cost engineer. He is also an IArbX Fellow. His practice covers full-lifecycle advisory work for international and domestic projects and major civil, commercial, and arbitral disputes.

Mr. Li has handled domestic and overseas construction projects and disputes with an aggregate value exceeding RMB 100 billion. He has represented a major Chinese state-owned enterprise in a significant international construction dispute under FIDIC conditions. His work spans project structuring, contract drafting, claims management, risk control, and arbitration proceedings.
