刘涛先生毕业于华中科技大学，获法律硕士学位，拥有十五年法律执业经验。其主要执业领域包括重大诉讼与仲裁、企业常年法律顾问及涉外法律事务。

刘先生参与的跨境业务涉及银团贷款、内保外贷、境外直接投资备案、可变利益实体架构、特殊目的收购公司，以及“一带一路”基础设施建设和投融资项目。他亦长期关注公司法及企业并购事项。

Tao Liu holds a Master of Laws degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and has fifteen years of legal practice. His principal practice areas include major litigation and arbitration, ongoing corporate legal advisory work, and cross-border legal matters.

Mr. Liu's cross-border experience covers syndicated loans, domestic guarantees for offshore lending, outbound direct investment filings, variable interest entity structures, special purpose acquisition companies, and infrastructure development and financing projects under the Belt and Road Initiative. He also focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
