朱涛先生担任阿联酋盈天苏莱曼律师事务所高级法律顾问，专业方向为国际工程法律事务。他拥有武汉大学法学、经济学双学士学位和浙江大学民商法硕士学位，并担任浙江省法学会金融法学研究会理事。

朱先生曾在中国电建、中国电科和浙江省交通投资集团处理四百余起建设工程合同纠纷，并多次参与阿联酋、塞内加尔、马来西亚和埃塞俄比亚等国家的法律事务。

Tao Zhu serves as a Senior Legal Consultant at Sulaiman Al-Naqbi Advocates and Legal Consultants, focusing on international construction law. He holds bachelor's degrees in law and economics from Wuhan University and a master's degree in civil and commercial law from Zhejiang University. He is also a council member of the Financial Law Research Association of the Zhejiang Law Society.

Mr. Zhu has handled more than four hundred construction contract disputes while working with PowerChina, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, and Zhejiang Communications Investment Group. He has also worked on legal matters involving the United Arab Emirates, Senegal, Malaysia, and Ethiopia.
