Justin received his master degree from Peking University Law School and he has been practicing law since the year 1999. He had been working for over ten years as regional legal director of Huawei Technologies Company the top one telecommunication company in the world, and has advised a number of transaction projects in the region. He also was practicing law with other top tier law firms in in China and has been the managing partner of Yinge & Shayan Legal consulting in United Arab Emirates for 8 years and he is also a DIFC Wills Draftsmen approved by DIFC Court since the year 2020.In the GCC region, Li Feng has advised on several complex and high value debt collection disputes both in the local courts and under the DIAC rules of arbitration.  Justin specializes in a broad spectrum of practice areas, including international trade, Corporate, foreign investment, company law, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property, real estate and construction, he has an extensive experience in the field of corporate advice for international companies, namely, the preparations of international contracts, property, and finance transaction, and company risk control.
